PROGRAM: BINDING YOUR QUILTS

JULIE will demonstrate and suggest if you have a project you are having problems with—bring it to the meeting. I haven’t tried a scolloped border but would like to know how and she said she will include information on binding scollops as well.

The August FAT QUARTER IS FREE-FOR-ALL

(bring the fat quarter from you collection that you can easily part with—your unwanted is someone’s treasure)

JULY MEETING NOTES

We had a wonderful time just getting together, sharing projects and visiting. (With lots of good food too!)

Julie had finished the quilt she was making as a gift and sent it for us to enjoy.

Linda brought a family quilt she is making from her mother’s fabrics with wonderful photos and special family memories stitched right in.

Tammy brought several projects she has developed.

Edie continued with the block of the month and encourages you to bring your blocks to each meeting so we can see how different they are with different fabric choices.

         

And then we visited—lots!!!!
